Musky Festival Queen's Scholarship Pageant

Thursday, June 24, 2010
7:00pm Hayward High School

Muskey Festival Queen's Pageant

The Musky Festival Queen's Scholarship Pageant is a great opportunity for young women to learn skills in leadership and public speaking, to develop a sense of community and earn scholarship money. It is also an experience that looks great on a college application or resume. Participants will become an ambassador to the community, a role model to area youth and peers, attend local parades, showcase their talents, volunteer in the community, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Scholarship monies are awarded in the amount of $1500
supported by Hayward Area businesses.

"The volunteering opportunities that arise from being part of the Queen's Court are tremendously rewarding and exciting. I have had the pleasure of attending community events and speaking with business leaders and members from the Hayward area. This has not only helped me become a more confident speaker but also a well rounded individual." - Chelsea Rusch, Musky Festival Queen 2007
